A disappointing Westernationals ended the season for the O'Rourke Motorsport Funny Car
After having an awesome run over a number of race events, we suffered severe engine damage at the Westernationals in March 2007. Going into the burnout for our first run a conrod let go in the motor which caused devastation. The team and our sponsors are regrouping to put together an improved package and maintenance program for the race season and looking at opportunities in Perth to provide increased brand exposure for our sponsors. Finishing more positively for Josh; who obtained his Junior Dragster licence and looks forward to competing at every major event in Perth with his mum! We are looking forward to the new 2008-2009 season.
